Becky Graber has been sharing stories and songs with New England audiences for many years, drawing on her background as a teacher and musician to involve and entertain children and their elders. She tells a wide variety of stories- originals, folktales, real-life adventures, and modern fiction. She includes music in all of her performances, engaging listeners with piano, accordion and voice. She also has programs which are centered around music, community sings, vocal improvisation, and singalongs. Becky has a particular knack for involving people of all ages in storytelling as listeners and tellers, and is a master of teaching songs using the oral tradition. She teaches storytelling, musical theatre, and music to children and adults, performs stories and songs programs for children and their families, composes and arranges music for her choir and other vocal ensembles, and is the founder and director of the 80-voice Brattleboro Women's Chorus.
