Barbara London is an "extraordinary soloist...a flutist who really swings." -New York Times. As a soloist or with her ensemble, her performances and workshops display her nationally acclaimed talent as flutist, vocalist, pianist, and composer. Her repertoire includes original and standard jazz material. Barbara has received three National Endowment for the Arts grants for jazz performance and chaired the Harmony Department at Berklee College of Music in Boston for many years. She also performs with the Funky Divas of Gospel. In addition to her music, Barbara is an active painter and writer.
