Pat Picciano is a puppeteer, mask maker and multicultural presenter who has performed and exhibited his work throughout the United States and Mexico. While in Mexico, he apprenticed with Juan Horta, award-winning maskmaker from Tocuaro, Michoacan. The Smithsonian Institution, The Museum of Fine Arts in Sante Fe, NM, The Philadelphia Museum of Art and The Currier Museum in Manchester, NH are some of the many places Pat presented his work. He has arranged tours for guest artists from Latin America since 1988. He was awarded an Artist Fellowship from the NH State Council on the Arts in 1999 for his work as a theater artist. The programs offered reflect Pat's interest in combining information with imagination.
